CWBS Executes Follow-on LTA with OEM Wheel & Brake Contract for PC-24 through 2036

Cleveland Wheel & Brake Systems (CWBS), a global provider of aircraft wheel and brake systems to the general aviation, business jet, rotorcraft, and military markets, confirmed their agreement with Pilatus Aircraft Ltd to continue to design, manufacture and deliver OEM wheel and brake assemblies for the popular PC-24 Super Versatile Jet.

CWBS relationship with Pilatus began when Cleveland first started supplying wheels and brakes for new
PC-12 PRO deliveries and continued to grow with the PC-21 and culminated with the PC-24 where CWBS
provides the nose wheel, main wheels, and brakes. “We have enjoyed a very positive relationship with
Pilatus for many years, and it has been a pleasure to be a part of their growth both in the business and
military markets. The Pilatus commitment to quality and focus on innovation is strongly aligned with
Cleveland’s culture of innovation and quality, and this partnership has provided many opportunities as we
look forward to continuing being a part of their future growth.” said Brett Fulford, President of CWBS.

The Pilatus PC-24 Super Versatile Jet is certified to operate across a wide variety of runway lengths and
surface conditions, including unmade runways of grass, gravel, and snow. “The CWBS team is proud to
have designed and manufactured the PC-24 wheels and brakes to the stringent Pilatus requirements that
help generate the landing performance, reliability, and maintainability Pilatus and their customers require
to safely operate the PC-24 on short fields and extreme landing conditions. This is a testament to the
strong technical and commercial relationship we have developed with Pilatus throughout the years.” said
Dan Basch, VP Engineering of CWBS.

“CWBS has been a strong and valued partner of Pilatus over the past decades, conveying on its designs the
pursuit for excellence Pilatus is proud to offer to its customers. We look forward to further strengthening
this partnership.” said Steven Roche, Pilatus Director Corporate Procurement.

Cleveland Wheel & Brake Systems currently provides the nose wheel assemblies, main wheel assemblies,
and brake assemblies for the PC-24 Super Versatile Jet.
