TracPlus Introduces Their New Cloud-Based Software

TracPlus, this week, announces their new cloud-based software platform — making tracking, messaging and the coordination of your team seamless, simple and superior.

TracPlus is trusted in over 40 countries in the aviation, maritime, emergency services, firefighting, agricultural and mining industries to name a few. With their customer base growing significantly year on year, they needed a scalable and reliable system that customers would love to use, but most importantly, continue to trust.

The new TracPlus software is user-friendly, robust and contemporary. It will be available through any modern web browser, meaning it’s accessible, fast and allows our developers to add features and enhance our product at pace.

It offers a modern and intuitive interface, with solutions for PC, Mac and for our mobile users in due course.

This upgrade unlocks several admin features so that customers can have more control of their assets and resources. Additionally, it makes it easier for customers to track their assets and devices while on legs and missions.

The team will be rolling out releases in stages, starting this month and spanning until May 2020.

The initial release phase is only intended to provide basic functionality, so will not be suitable for all TracPlus customers. The website software will be released first, followed quickly by IOS and Android mobile apps, and will then bring on a pipeline of priority features that add real value to customers.

In this initial launch, features and functions will be tested in a safe, secure and development-friendly environment. The objective is to ensure the software is robust and reliable — testing for bugs, customer feedback, fine-tuning performance and ensuring accuracy of data processing.

“So that we can best support your seamless transition to our new software, we’re releasing this to our customers in stages. We’re working hard on ensuring this transition happens at the best time possible for your organisation — dependent on seasonal work, known busy periods and the features we know your business requires. We want this to be an easy and pain-free experience for you,” says Project Manager, Brett Telfer.

Customers will be contacted when the new software becomes available to them, and they can then switch at their convenience, with the support of the TracPlus https://www.tracplus.com/ team.

“We’re extremely excited to bring this software release to you. We know it’s going to further streamline your operations, make lives easier — and most importantly, keep your crews safe,” says Telfer.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. https://www.tracplus.com/contact-us/
