Over the past 12 months, our team has been working diligently towards migrating from our 30-year-old legacy software to Infor-Syteline Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP – Cloud based). This transition represents a substantial upgrade, allowing us to elevate the level of service we provide to both our valued customers and suppliers.
On January 29th we will begin using our new ERP system. Our team anticipates a smooth transition with no delays for your orders, whether placed online through web orders, emails, or telephone orders. However, please be aware that with this transition, on Friday, January 26th, we will be unable to ship orders. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. CST on Thursday, January 25th, are expected to be shipped on Monday, January 29th, or on your specified delivery date. We appreciate your trust and patience as we navigate through these changes.
